Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026. By accessing or using Lessstack (lessstack.com and related apps), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Lessstack provides tools for creating and managing short links, dynamic QR codes, link-in-bio pages, and forms, plus related analytics. Features may change as we improve the product. We offer free and paid plans; current plan details and prices appear on the pricing page.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 16).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lessstack to:

  • Violate laws, infringe rights, or distribute malware or phishing.
  • Spam, harass, or deceive others via short links, bio pages, or forms.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service beyond lawful interoperability.
  • Resell or misuse the service in a way that harms Lessstack or other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (links, bio copy, form data, etc.). You grant Lessstack a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the product. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish and for destinations your links point to.

Billing

Paid features, if any, are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimers

Lessstack is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that short links and QR codes will remain reachable on every network or device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lessstack and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use a free plan).

Termination

You may stop using Lessstack at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
